SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders above €100, otherwise standard shipping rates apply based on your location. Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order. You’ll get an email notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number so you can follow its progress to you. We ship using Austrian Post, who were one of the first postal services committed to providing CO2-neutral delivery in 2011, offsetting unavoidable emissions as part of their strategy. Estimated shipping times
Once your order has been processed and passed to our delivery partners, the following estimated delivery times (in business working days, i.e. not including weekends and public holidays) should apply. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@evolve-time.com and we’ll investigate on your behalf.
European Union – 4-5 working days
United Kingdom – 5-6 working days
Rest of the world – 7-12 working days
Please be aware that if you live outside the EU your order may be subject to import/customs duties and taxes which are either incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country or at checkout. Evolve Time is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer. For UK customers, a 20% sales VAT on goods from the EU is reflected in the price once a UK shipping address is added. Please note: if a fully functioning product is returned, we will seek to recuperate any shipping costs associated with your order.
